2. Business Listing Requests
Business owners or authorized representatives may contact Info Ghor through available communication channels to request consideration for inclusion in our business directory.
By submitting business information, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and is not intentionally misleading;
- you own, represent, or have appropriate authority to provide information about the business or organization;
- you have the necessary rights or permissions to provide any logos, images, descriptions, trademarks, or other materials submitted with the request;
- the business does not use Info Ghor to promote unlawful activities, fraud, spam, hate speech, explicit content, deceptive practices, or other prohibited activities; and
- the information submitted does not knowingly infringe the rights of another person or organization.
Submitting a business listing request does not guarantee publication.
Info Ghor may review submitted business information and may request clarification or additional information where appropriate.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, edit, moderate, suspend, update, or remove a business listing where reasonably necessary to maintain the relevance, accuracy, usefulness, integrity, or quality of the directory.
3. Business Listing Review and Verification
Info Ghor may review information relating to a business before or after publication.
Where appropriate, we may consider information provided by the business owner or authorized representative, official websites, public business profiles, social media pages, location information, or other reasonably relevant sources.
A business listing appearing on Info Ghor does not automatically mean that the business has been independently verified, certified, recommended, or endorsed by Info Ghor.
Where Info Ghor displays a verification status, badge, or similar indicator, that status may be subject to separate review requirements established by Info Ghor.
Info Ghor reserves the right to withhold, modify, suspend, or remove a verification status if the information available to us no longer supports that status or if the business no longer meets applicable requirements.
4. User Accounts and Business Listings
Where applicable, a business owner or authorized representative may be asked to create an Info Ghor account after a listing request has been accepted.
An approved business listing may be associated with the relevant user account for identification, communication, or account-related management purposes.
Association of a listing with a user account does not give the account holder unrestricted ownership or editorial control over the content displayed on Info Ghor.
Business listings remain subject to Info Ghor’s directory standards, moderation, review, and administrative management.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You must not attempt to access another person’s account or falsely claim ownership, representation, or authority over a business listing.
Info Ghor may request reasonable information to confirm identity, business ownership, or authorization before allowing significant changes to account-linked business information.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Info Ghor and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to the original content, branding, design elements, graphics, website materials, and other content created or owned by Info Ghor.
