Info Ghor provides a platform for businesses to list their services. By submitting a listing, you guarantee that:

  • The information provided is accurate, current, and true.
  • You own the business or have the authorization to list it.
  • The business does not promote illegal activities, hate speech, or explicit content.
    Info Ghor reserves the right to edit, modify, or completely remove any business listing at our sole discretion without prior notice if it violates our guidelines.

2. Paid Listings & Sponsored Content

Info Ghor may offer both free and paid business listing services. Paid listings, sponsored content, and niche-relevant guest posts are subject to review and approval before publication.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any paid submission that violates our policies, contains misleading information, or is unrelated to our platform’s purpose. The ‘Verified’ badge is a mark of trust provided at Info Ghor’s sole discretion after reviewing business authenticity. Paying for a featured plan does not guarantee a verified badge if the business fails to meet our verification criteria.

Guest posts on Info Ghor are paid services only. We do not accept free guest post submissions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Info Ghor and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all content on Info Ghor (excluding user-submitted business data). You may access this from Info Ghor for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms.
You must not:

  • Republish material from Info Ghor.
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Info Ghor.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not use this website in a way that causes damage to the website or affects the availability or accessibility of Info Ghor. Any attempt to scrape, copy, or misuse the directory data for commercial purposes without our written permission is strictly prohibited. 9. Pricing & Refund Policy

Info Ghor offers the following business listing packages:

  • Free Listing
  • Standard Listing – 500 BDT
  • Premium Listing – 1000 BDT
  • Featured Listing – 1500 BDT

We also offer a Free Listing Plan, allowing any registered user to submit a business listing at no cost. Please note that all free submissions are subject to manual review and approval by our administrative team before they are published on the website.

Guest posting services on Info Ghor start from 2000 BDT and must be relevant to our niche and content standards.

To qualify for publication, guest post submissions must meet our editorial requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Original Content: All submitted articles must be original, plagiarism-free, and not previously published on any other website or platform. Content may be AI-assisted, but it must be substantially human-edited, fact-checked, and provide unique value to readers.
  • Word Count: A minimum of 800 words is required. Articles between 1000–1500 words are recommended for better readability and SEO performance.
  • SEO Optimization: Submissions should include a proper SEO title, meta title, meta description, headings (H1, H2, H3), and well-structured formatting.
  • Content Quality: Articles must be informative, accurate, well-researched, and valuable to readers. AI-assisted content is acceptable only if it is substantially human-edited, fact-checked, and provides unique value. Spun, copied, misleading, purely AI-generated, or low-quality content will be rejected.
  • Niche Relevance: Guest posts must be relevant to our platform topics, including business, marketing, SEO, technology, finance, insurance, education, local business, and related niches.
  • Manual Review: Every submission is manually reviewed by our editorial team before publication approval.
  • Backlink Policy: Each guest post may contain only one relevant dofollow backlink within the article content. The backlink must naturally fit the topic of the article and point to a niche-relevant page. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or apply rel=”nofollow” attributes to any link that violates our policies or later becomes harmful, misleading, or irrelevant.
  • Author Profiles: Registered authors may maintain their profile information, bio details, and social media links through their account profile. However, promotional backlinks inside author bios or excessive promotional linking are not allowed.
  • Restricted Content: Spammy, misleading, excessive promotional, adult, gambling, casino, crypto scam, illegal, or harmful content is strictly prohibited.
  • Editorial Rights: Info Ghor reserves the right to edit, modify, reject, remove, or update any submission for formatting, readability, SEO, policy compliance, or quality purposes.
  • Payment Policy: Guest post publishing fees start from 2000 BDT and must be completed before publication approval. Paid submissions do not guarantee automatic publication approval. If a submission is rejected before publication and payment has already been made, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to reject any guest post submission that appears overly promotional, manipulative, spam-oriented, or harmful to our readers, website reputation, or SEO standards.
  • Publication approval is subject to editorial review and compliance with our content guidelines.

All payments made for business listings, featured placements, or guest posting services are generally non-refundable once the submission has been approved, published, or processed.

However, if a payment issue or service-related problem occurs due to our side, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or remove any listings at any time, without prior notice or liability, if a user violates these Terms and Conditions.

Note on Account Deletion: If a user chooses to delete their account, their personal profile information, login credentials, and account-related data will be removed from our active database.

However, published business listings, guest posts, reviews, images, and other publicly available content may remain on Info Ghor and may be managed by our administrative team to preserve directory integrity, editorial records, SEO value, and public information resources.

Info Ghor reserves the right to retain, edit, transfer ownership of, or remove such content at its sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
